Megan Martens for Brown County Supervisor - District 1
Megan Martens for Brown County Supervisor - District 1
My lifelong involvement with social services helps me relate to our district residents' experiences and needs. I am a single mom who isn't afraid to try new things and finish the job. I own a private practice and work as a psychotherapist. I have been a longtime observer of local and national politics and believe the skills and intention used in therapy can be used effectively to achieve the mission of the Brown County Board: to promote the health, safety, welfare, and quality of life for its residents in a fiscally responsible way. I offer compassionate accountability to each person I work with and that is what I will bring to the board.
The County Board Supervisor position is nonpartisan - meaning I will be working to represent you and your goals for the community regardless of political affiliation. The following are topics of interest that came up while canvassing. PLEASE reach out to add to the list or share your ideas for solutions for concerns listed.
